Ok so story time.

I was on CS and was refilling the creams and milk (this was a while ago btw) and when I was done my coworker who always accuses me of doing something wrong starts making an americano. The customer asked for some cream and she hands him a cream (there’s cream at the condiment stand but ok I guess) and he goes “wow that’s awfully sweet” she turns around to me and goes “WHAT DID YOU DO TO IT?!?!” And I go “what do you mean??? Nothing?!” And she goes “no you certainly have done something to this cream because it tastes awfully sweet!” Then she turned the can around and it was labelled sweet cream so I’m like “you gave him sweet cream look at the can label...” then she goes “oh” and without apologizing she then tells me I made it wrong. She’s like “it doesn’t smell right I think you made it wrong! Look at this consistency. The thickness. When I swirl it around I can tell you did it wrong.” Then my other coworker turns and goes “actually you made that when you were on CS about an hour ago....I saw you”

Then she just turned around and went back to making drinks.

The worst ones try to embarrass you in front of customers (which only makes all of us look foolish).

They told me the crunchiest on the caramel ribbon crunch don’t go on top and bottom. I told them it did, and guess who was right

I used to work with this dude who would openly in front of customers try to yell at my coworkers that they were doing something wrong or lying to customers about shit. same dude who tried to tell our customers there wasn’t any caffeine in the refreshers.

One partner from another store was like “ohh? You still make your chai with half water? They got rid of that a while ago. It’s all milk now” like I’m pretty sure it’s still water and milk but go for it Susan

Someone tried to correct me at my temporary drive thru store saying I incorrectly prepared the ice tea by not filling the rest of the pitcher with ice only after the tea is steeped. They were adamant about it and would not back off. Someone that walked by corrected them.

I hate wearing gloves because my right hand is crippled so it’s super uncomfortable and restricting. When it was time to wash our hands I ripped them off so fast and this girl who literally corrects every little thing I do made sure I stayed to watched her “properly” take off her gloves. She blames me for everything too like if someone makes a mess or doesn’t organize their milks in the fridge she looks at me.
