help with teamwork’s. (self.starbucksbaristas)

hey guys! so, i’m trying to update my availability. but my “current” availability ends on May 22nd, even though my new availability should start on May 4th. is there a way to delete the old availability so that i can update it, or should i just enter it for after May 22nd and communicate with my SM?

i’ve asked the people in my store, got no response. and my SM doesn’t know how to use teamwork’s. pls help. i need hours as much as i don’t wanna go back.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think it has to be done at least 3 weeks in advance, and the date you’re trying to start it on is less than that. I say just do whatever the app will let you do and then communicate with your manager, they should understand.

so the issue was that the availabilities over lapped bc i tried this yesterday, so i was within the three week mark. i just told them to schedule me with open availability and changed after the 22nd. thank you though!
