I'm making an iced vanilla latte, at home, with a tall cold cup. 1 shot of espresso, 3 pumps of vanilla. How much ice and milk?

depending on what kind of customer you are.
1/3 volumetrically of milk and then add ice.
OR
You could demand you put it in a trenta cup with no ice and 14 extra syrup and get upset when you do not charge you for just a solo espresso like you have done at the other yous.

My guess is 6-8 oz of milk, then ice!!
