Don’t modify a drink then complain to me that it’s bad (self.starbucksbaristas)

Does it drive anyone else fucking crazy when a costumer modifies a drink super heavily and when it tastes like crap they blame you?!?
For context today this lady ordered a CM and said she wanted cream instead of milk, I tried to clarify if she meant half and half or actual heavy cream, she told me “heavy cream, half and half would be weird” so ya know, whatever I make it and the lady starts raising her voice with me and telling me she’s not a fan and it’s not good, so I literally had enough and pulled out the bottle of heavy cream and said well it tastes bad because you wanted all of it to be heavy cream. I was busy and didn’t have help and this lady wasted my time and got upset with me because she’s dumb.
To my more experienced baristas, How should I handle this in the future?
EDIT, I totally made her an iced coffee and she left happy, but it still bothered me

I hate when they get a Tik Tok drink or secret menu drink and don’t like it. I’ve told people that we don’t replace drinks that aren’t our recipe cuz I got so tired of kids coming in and getting the annoying drinks and then hating them. And this is why next week is my last week as a SM. Cuz I just don’t care anymore. I loathe basically anyone who comes to our store.
