Forgot to pay my whole store (self.starbucksbaristas)

So this morning I realized my direct deposit hadn’t gone through (it usually hits at around 4am) for this pay period. I called PCC and they said they “failed to process the payroll” for me and apologized. I was upset but I understand they must be busy so I just said thank you and hope it gets resolved quickly. Just got a message from my SM and apparently MY ENTIRE STORE didn’t get paid. No one knows when we will get our money. Anyone had this happen before?

This happened to me too! Usually it gets deposited late at night, but around 1pm today is when I received the notification that it was in my account, so weird!

My manager said catastrophe pay ended on the 3rd, but I didn't get paid yesterday either. Are you guys working still?

It seems to be a nationwide issue, PCC said on the phone it must have been a glitch and my SM just called them as well and said they are trying to resolve it by Monday morning
