As many of you are venting, people won't fucking go home. Instead, literally everyone and their mother are coming through for fraps and stupid shit constantly. Which means our line is wrapped to the gas station and sometimes even the street. I came in at 12 yesterday to a full wrap, and we closed with a full wrap. We were actually only scheduled two people to close, myself and my shift on duty. Thank fuck we had two absolutely, incredible partners who stayed and helped us close. However, we were concerned on how to deal with the customers who dont get our service once we close. They're always pissed. Our last car at 7 was a mobile (yaaaay! Because it was ready lol) the next person in line... was Tiffany.. now I dont know her name but I feel this name sums her up. This woman had the audacity to sit at the order box for a couple minutes (we took our headsets off immediately), then drove up to the window and sat there for a good 15 minutes before it got annoying and fucking weird so our shift talked to her. She wanted to get one of those bag thingys you share with people. My shift informed her that its a traveler and all our machines are off but if she came by next time a little earlier or call ahead, we'd be happy to do it. Hell, we even offered her cold brew but she wasnt having it. She wanted her traveler. Finally she shut the window on her and walked away. This tiffany chick has the audacity to sit there for another 5 to 10 minutes and wrote a note which my shift immediately grabbed when tiffany stuck it on the window and crumpled it up. Then tiffany left and flipped us off in her little blue slug bug car. It was a long rant but fuck man! Stop being entitled!! Fuck off and go make these people a damn pot of coffee you lazy shit!
