i was thinking how every day for the last couple weeks the line has been out on the street with constant frappes and refreshers and tik tok drinks and it finally hit how ridiculous it is that in a QUARANTINE we are reaching the highest traffic i’ve seen and mostly in drinks with little to no caffeine. it’s disgusting and i wish people would take this seriously

Same thing happened to me. Some guy told my shift that “my 2020 jaguar has been waiting in line” after we told him that we were closed.

Places like Starbucks and fast food joints shouldn’t be open right now honestly. They just attract people who want to leave their houses for any reason. We get treated like trash. Our hours got cut more than half. My store is only operating 7-1 and what’s it for? For people who absolutely need a Frappuccino or they will explode or some bullshit. Starbucks needs to extend cat pay this is ridiculous

Yeah, I’m not sure how this is working but my store is reopening with reduced hours starting Monday, then probably the same on the third and I can’t work within the reduced hours so I guess I’m going to just not be getting paid lol. Shit blows
