I forgot to change my address before this pandemic started, and now my store is closed. Is there a number I can call to change my address on file? Thanks!

If you have an iPhone.
Have the SBUXPartnerHrs app and profile installed.:
Sign into workplace.
Search “My Partner Info”
Go to the link that give you the option to choose whether you want the view only version or the normal My Partner info page. (I’m in the US so I see those two options.)
Click the “normal version” link.
Click accept when it asks you to verify the certificates, or something like that.
Continue to a full BOH My Partner Info.
If you have an Android.
I’m almost positive this is how it goes:
Sign into workplace.
Search “My Partner Info”
Go to the link that give you the option to choose whether you want the view only version or the normal My Partner info page. (I’m in the US so I see those two options.)
Click the “normal version” link.
Click accept when it asks you to verify the certificates, or something like that. I think android is able o accept the certificates to make the website work if you give it your login info.
Continue to a full BOH My Partner Info.

is this the app that allows Starbucks permissions to go through your data?

No it doesn’t do that. I can’t find it at the moment but it basically states Starbucks can’t access data outside of its “managed” apps. EX, the SBUXPartnerHrs App and App Cafe.

I called and you literally have to do it in store - they can’t change it for you :/ I recently moved too
