Awful! They are hard to keep still (I think that’s the best way to describe it) you have to cut it at a certain angle in order to not make a mess, it’s hard to tell when you are half way like with the slugs!!! Ugh THE SLUGS WERE FINE NOTHING WRONG DONT CHANGE WHATS NOT BROKEN

I believe they started sending those out to "conserve plastic" because there was some kind of burp in the supply chain.

I don't think they're permanent.

Gift card works great. I learned how using the metal partition of a hand sink. Hard to put in words but similar concept. So satisfying!

There's more wastage in the pillows! It's so so so hard to get it all out because of the awkward shape and angle. Which is weird to say because it's just a square. But I'm sure you feel my pain!

Oh 100% it was so satisfying to get all the caramel out of the slugs. I remember a partner came out from the back during nights and went “what is this?!?! A pillow?!” and it was the moment we all realized they changed the packaging. We were heart broken of course.
