How does the insurance work? And how would you know if you qualify? Also how much do they take out of your pay and is it decent insurance? Thank you so much!!! I appreciate it!

You qualify after 3 months of working an average of 20 hours a week. You’ll get stuff in the mail and can look at mysbuxben.com. There’s so many different plans that range anywhere from like $20 a check to like $200. Starbucks has the best insurance out of any company I have worked for

After 90 days you qualify for insurance, and every 6 months you need to average 20 hours worked.
Insurance is regulated at a state level so the exact plans vary depending on what state you're in. There are a variety of insurance plans from bronze (low premium high deductible and copay) up to gold (high premium, low deductible or copay). The premium is what you pay every month, the deductible is how much you're paying out of pocket when you see a doctor.
