Problems with cat pay (self.starbucksbaristas)

I've been on cat pay since 3/14, but I've noticed a difference in paychecks when my hours should be averaged. I was paid for 24.78 hrs 2 weeks ago and 49.53 hrs today. Anyone else noticed a drastic difference in pay?

I got less pay base then what I got last week, but they also added a retro pay for skimping me last paycheck too. It’s weird.

Yeah I called partner resources and they said I only got paid for one week on the 10th so they'll retrograde pay me for it

Keep track of this stuff. They said I would get retro pay and I got paid LESS hours this week base pay. Grateful to be quarantined. But not to be nickeled and dimed

I’m not even sure how much they’re paying us on cat pay? My SM hasn’t been clear with us at all over the past couple weeks. Are we getting paid for an average of what we worked per week when our store was open? Or just a flat rate (ex. everyone gets paid for 25 hours a week)? My check today seemed noticeably smaller for someone who works an average of 35-40 every week.

That happened to me too! I got paid 400 dollars two weeks ago and now I got paid $250

Same goes for me. Each week is a new amount. It varies from 250-400

Yeah but even if your manager corrected the cat pay it still effected and messed up your paycheck.
