just a postive post for everyone’s day. my SM sat people down in groups to explain changes and stuff to the may schedule but made it a point to thank us for working during this time. he said that while sbux as a company isnt doing much besides the raise, our DM is doing something personal for everyone in the district who continued to work soon and he wants to do something for our team for pushing through this time (we only lost 8 people to CAT pay and were the only store open on weekends and the longest hours). just really made me appreciate how great of a manager i have and i really wish everyone could have him as a manager 🥺
