Is there a way to anonymously report a shift lead? Or do I need to speak directly to my SM.

Call partner resources and tell them you want to stay anonymous.

If being anonymous is important call partner resources. However when you do that it often takes 2-4 weeks to see anything happen, and you often don't get any followup about what action was taken. Partner resources typically forwards that complaint to the SM or DM to handle.
If staying anonymous isn't a concern then the fastest why to do something about it is to talk to the SM. What action they take depends on how serious the problem is.
