I don’t understand why the pay I’m getting for working is less than the option 30 days paid. (self.starbucksbaristas)

I only did maybe 2.5 weeks of the paid time off and went back to work. The check I got based off my average hours was bigger then my check with my actual hours with the service pay. How is this ok?

How much are you working? If you were working a crapton of hours in February, your cat pay average would be pretty high and if you’re working a lot fewer hours now, even with the extra $3 it may not be as much. Have you actually looked at your paystubs to see?
