Frap Roast (2 Bags, 2L Cold Water) = 2 Days

Any Syrup = 1 Month

Strawberry, Blackberry, Dragon Fruit = 5 Days

V. Bean, Matcha, Frap Chips = 7 Days

My store goes through a lot of sweet cream, so we make a big batch. We do 350 mL of vanilla syrup (use the cold foam blender to measure) then pour it into a 2L tea pitcher; next do 2% milk to the 1L line, whipping cream to the 2L line. Mix together and date dot for 48 hours.

If its fruit based, it's five days (this is juices, inclusions, & opened lemonade cartons). Powders & chips for frapps & coldfoam get 7.

Teas & whatever we're calling infusions these days get 12 hours, unless kept in the fridge for 24.

Iced Coffee & Decaf get 12 hours, but cold brew (in pitchers/cubes/kegs get one week.

Thick sauces (white mocha, dark caramel, assorted holiday bs) get two weeks, while shrups (white pumps in marked bottle) get a full month.

If you take the pumps for chai, frappe roast, mochas, etc apart to wash, make sure you PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER before putting them in the sanitizer, bc the pump bits are specific to what theyre for and theres nothing worse than getting shot by splattering chai or fr cause someone put the white mocha pump in it. plus it keeps the little pieces from getting eaten by the sanitizer.

And always, ALWAYS, make sure the white ring is in the whipped cream lid before you charge it. 😔

white mocha comes in a tub, you just have to put it in the houses with a pump (good for 2 weeks)

there are a lot of different ways to make sweet cream, but i just do it in a milk pitcher. it’s 13 pumps of vanilla, 2% to the tall line, and heavy cream to the max (good for 2 days)
