My favorite schedule is baby shifts (under 6hrs) opening in the mornings, weekdays but not weekends.

Baby weekday shifts 8-12/2 is a personal favorite

i love closing, usually i work like somewhere around 3-5 to close (10) like five days a week (or sometimes i get a longer shift like 1 to close) and its so nice! mostly bc me and my coworkers have a nice closing routine and it makes me feel comfortable. its also less busy, and i like setting things up and making sure everything is clean for the openers :) closing is just so much more chill than opening lol

I love closing even though I seldom do. I hate opening, so many of are regulars are just plain mean in the morning.

I like short (5hr) shifts any time of day but open + one weekend day off.

Opens are hard because waking up at 3:30am disturbs my wife's sleep (she wakes at 4:30). That in turn increases the likelihood of her being a crab butt and no one likes a crab butt.

I’m a night owl and tried openings, but that was a big nope for my mental health, so my favorite is 3/4-8:30p or 2-6p.

i like a good mixture, but i prefer openings with 6 hour shigts ( 4:30-11), and ill never complain about baby shifts

Probably coming in early but not opening (6-11 am, I’m a morning person). Or a 12-close, at least with current hours (close at 8). It’s nice to have the meal break and it’s usually not super busy
