Hi I have to transfer from LA county to Las Vegas.
Does anyone know if there are any major differences in policy between California and Nevada?? How are Las Vegas Starbucks handling things? Does anyone have any store recommendations?
Also I get paid more so do I just take a pay cut? Will they pay me as a new barista or as someone who’s been there longer??
Also is there any way to make sure that I’ll receive 30+ hours before transferring?
And I know it gets really hot during the summer over there, do any Nevada baristas have clothing suggestions??

I'm transferring from MN to NM next week and have to take a 3 dollar pay cut. Boo
