New dress code says that armpits must be covered, but doesn’t say shoulders any more. So cold shoulder shirts are okay.

On Halloween I wore a dress and an open cloak. Well it got hot, and I took the cloak off my shoulders, for 2 seconds just to cool down, and one of my shifts reacted like I had just taken my shirt off and waving my tits around. After that shift left I just took the cloak off completely to spite her since my other shift didn’t give a shit about my scandalous shoulders.

Shorts, yes as long as they aren’t booty shirts. I think it’s no more than 4 inches above the knee.
Tanks, no (unless you’re wearing a shirt or cardigan over it. Shoulders must be covered at all times. If you search the sub you’ll find the most recent update.
Edited: I was kinda wrong about the shirts. Armpits have to be covered, not shoulders, but that still effectively rules out tank tops, I think.
