honestly, i think block scheduling is totally stupid. for one, what about the partners that have all been working together during the quarantine? it’s not really the effective if person a has already had contact with person b, but now they’re working at different times. they’re already infected. secondly, if my block leaves at 1:30, and the next block clocks in at 1:30, we’re still having contact because we’re in the store at the same time??? and if someone were to test positive, there’s no telling how long they’ve had it before they started showing symptoms, so realistically anyone working could be infected, even if there was no physical contact.
i guess you have to be thankful that corporate is trying to limit contact, but it feels like too little too late.

It sounds like all stores are doing it. The idea is that if someone gets the virus or has symptoms that the store will only be shutdown for a 1-2 days to be disinfected, and the store can keep operating using the other blocks, while only the impacted partners are quarantined.
It seemed like they were going to phase it out as conditions improved.
