They’re mostly a SoCal coffee chain, but the baristas over at Tierra Mia have been subjected to some terrible working conditions.

1) Unsafe working conditions. 2 of their workers tested positive for COVID-19, but the company refuses to let their coworkers isolate or quarantine.

2) Lack of hazard pay.

3) No providing of personal protective equipment.

They’re organizing a boycott, along with establishing a petition.

Starbucks caved into public pressure, and I think we have the power to really help out these baristas too.
