Urnes is used to clean a food contact surface.... the coffee urns. Magic erasers are not meant for food contact because the material can crumble.

I have worked all around the country different locations. You can order them thru the actual order Lol 😂 they are literally meant for the tea pitchers and those containers

there is a bleach based cleaner meant for the non temp based hobarts... it's a SUPER concentrated bleach... we use it mainly on stained tea pitchers... squirt a good bit into the sink with water that is deep enough to soak the pitchers/containers... let it sit for 30 min or so.... even the ridge of that container would be clean.
