So my store manager is coming back after the cat-pay and her maternity leave. She’s the type of manager who shows bias and favoritism and promotes people who honesty don’t deserve it. I’ve been a partner for almost a year and know how to make thing that even my shifts don’t know how to do. It’s gotten to the point where if I don’t get promoted to a trainer I’m going to quit. How can I ask her how to become a trainer?
