There’s two possibilities:

- It was actually messed up and this only applies to some people.

- You got your real CAT pay. The first few weeks were paid with scheduled hours. Some SM’s also kept scheduling people when they were informed to stop but they were forced to stop a few weeks ago. The average is the hours you have from Feb 3rd to March 1st divided by 4. My paycheck is much much much smaller because I got paid for my Feb average (lol i got $200... w/ the Bay Area’s $15 minimum wage). This is my second lowest paycheck out of my last 18-20 paychecks, the lowest being one in Feb because Feb is a super slow month and I only worked 8 hours(4 hrs/week) for a pay period when I usually work 16-20 weekly to make a pay period 32-40(so ... 1/4 or 1/5 of my average)

They made a mistake with catastrophe pay, you’ll need to contact your store manager so they can fix it.
