I have gotten CAT pay since March and it’s been 30 hours today I checked and I only got paid for 23 hours. Has anyone else’s hours dropped?

Mine dropped to literally 0 for 4/26 - 5/2 and it's going to effect my next paycheck. I had to file for PUA due to loss of clients with my freelance gig so I filed Starbucks as well for reduced hours. I can't afford it.
