The other day I had someone get either a tall or grande misto with at least 15-20 pumps of syrup, the cup was at least 1/3 full of pure sugar.

A few weeks ago someone ordered a TALL iced coffee with 18 pumps of syrup... it literally went to the 2nd black line so there was literally just a splash of coffee and ice
