This was the hardest thing to explain to customers. When they customize a drink so much that it literally cannot be considered that drink anymore.

Ristretto shots still make it worth saying “flat white” IMO, I always get blonde ristretto shots in my drinks but ordering an oat milk latte with blonde ristretto just makes the sticker even longer. And yes, my blonde flat white with oat milk and 2 pumps vanilla is a bit much.

I have a regular that mobile orders almost everyday and if I remember right it’s a 6 shot flat white with 7 pumps of peppermint and I’m pretty sure whole milk.... I gag a little every time.
