I left about an inch of room at the top because it was just a mess to make. I ended up shaking it before putting it in the blender with the white mocha, and then put the sweet cream in the bottom and poured it on top. Absolutely ridiculous and I hated it, especially because it was a half hour to close, and I was alone on bar with a line to the street π€

Holy shit, I feel that on a spiritual level... Iced Matcha is honestly just bad no matter what, the powder π is π clumpy π as π fuck!

If you put in the milk and ice first, and then put the powder on top, it is WAY less clumpy and doesnβt leave chunks in the drink/powder on the side of the shaker
