Wouldn't be mad because a lot of customers at my store request steamed milk in place of hot water. I have to interrupt the baristas to ask for steamed milk and it's just a big hassle

It's been a dream of mine for a long time. We sell so little of it, and the supplies take up so much space.

Well, it IS a disruptive item for the whole team’s flow. I HATE how it kills my sequencing on oven and bar with the steamed milk everyone wants now. I do have a few regulars who would REALLY miss it. We sell quite a bit at my location. I also HATE to disappoint a customer. I had not heard anything, but am curious now. My feelings are so complicated about this.

ETA: Is it possible you saw something about the lemon yogurt granola parfait that the nixed a while ago?

I would be so bummed. It’s one of the few vegan items we have and I eat it as my markout pretty often.

Strangely, we almost NEVER have people asked for steamed milk. Like, maybe, once a month.

We sell a ton of oatmeal (huge elderly centric store) and I hope we don’t.

I love oatmeal but it's such a pain to make. And we get so few orders for it so I wouldn't be sad if it goes.
