Is it easy to transfer to Disney Springs? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Currently a barista looking to transfer to Disney Springs whenever they reopen. Is it a hard location to get in? I know they’re heavily staffed and busy, but I wasn’t sure with DCP, etc. what the situation would be. Thanks!
