Base it around a 15 minute brew cycle. We always have two urns of Pike, and coffee cannot be in an urn for more than 30 minutes. If you start one and then another 15 minutes apart, then you have a cycle to work around.
Here is what that cycle should look like:
First 5: brew coffee
Second 5: Lobby slide/restock condiment bar
Last 5: Small task. (Get ice, restock cups, small amount of dishes etc.)

Alternatively you could do a 30 minute cycle with one urn which looks more like
First 5: brew
Second 5-10 (depending on lobby size): lobby slide
Final 15-20: Tasks

You should have a worksheet that you’ll use to cover all the topics. You’ll have to sign off on it when you’re done. Your SM should have one created for the new employee.
