SMs are required to hold meetings this week with all partners at all stores regardless if you’ve been closed or open the last few weeks.

Yes it’s broken into two 3 hour segments on empathy, common ground between us and customers, and new safety protocols. Your store will also most likely have tasks on both of those days, the first where you clean and disinfect the store after being closed such a long time, and the second day is prep work for the following day if you’ll be open.

Typically unless you ask your SM they won’t say what it’s about, but mandatory meetings are usually nothing too serious.

They'll be going over all the new guidelines like checking temps, required masks, etc. It's just a briefing on all the changes they've made.
