You're allowed to embroider your name and position (Barista, Shift Supervisor, SM) in a certain font on the top left (if you're wearing it) of your apron.

As for pins, you're not supposed to wear anything except for the Starbucks issued ones, but many store managers will allow you to wear one or two more if they arent affiliated with associations (there is an exception for local sport teams though)
