ever since the virus hit, my store has been following the necessary procedures for cleaning, sanitizing, wearing masks, and the window person wearing gloves (we're a drive thru). we got a new manager without our old one telling us she was leaving, and then the new manager went on a week long vacation, coming back right as the new block scheduling started. showed up to my first shift yesterday to our DM being at my store and learning that instead of running smoothly and effectively like we have been for 2 months, we have to follow social distancing within the store to the point where nobody is allowed to jump positions to help, DTO has to take orders from the cafe POS which messes up the whole system, and the window person isn't even supposed to touch the drinks??? our times have dropped and everyone is now super stressed because this hasn't been needed for all the time that the virus has been affecting us but suddenly now it is. sorry for the long rant, I'm just not motivated to work with this crap anymore.
