Be open and friendly. This is a chance for the store manager to get to know you and get a sense of how you'll interact with customers and employees.

My store manager reminds us that anyone can learn to make a decent latte in about an hour, but good customer service skills, and a positive attitude, and a good work ethic are much harder to teach.

be yourself, try to stay relaxed!! keeping calm under pressure is one of the things my coworkers have praised me on the most, and i think it helps you give your best answers too. it's pretty easy to get hired, just be friendly and do your best 💙💙
