My old manager took maternity leave for 3 months then took her coffee break right after lol. She says it’s crazy. But she is running a high volume store. Not much has changed I think personally . I switched a store and I work in a new city and with the pandemic we are just being super careful. It’s just all about safety and a few new drinks you gotta learn, nothing too much different. You can take up to a year for your coffee break? I thought the maximum was 3 months.
