Cleaning out the grounds drawers feels too much like wiping shit off an ass. Our machines always leak water in them and you gotta really get in the corners. A little grounds will get on the back of my hand and ITS POOP ITS SHIT

I hate to say this, and I know the downvotes are coming but literally suck it up! Its a customer service job - I dont know what else you expected to be doing in a customer service job? People complain way too much about this company and it SUCKS. We get alot more than some companies - just be thankful you have a job in these hard times!

Holy shit shut the fuck up why are you taking this so seriously. People are allowed to rant and complain ffs and if anywhere they’re gonna do it here. This is literally a subreddit people go to TO complain my guy. Of course theres a lot of fkin people complaining. Shit I’VE complained in this subreddit multiple times just so i can maybe get some words of encouragement from other partners and maybe see some people relating to know I’m not crazy.
