How long did it take y’all to memorize the drinks?

About 2 weeks to learn the most common drinks. About 3 months to know the entire menu.

It took me about a month to memorize them all but about three months for me to become efficient on bar. I also work in a drive thru store though, so they had me more focused on learning drive thru before going on bar.

About 2 weeks of being part time and was comfortable making them in a month.
Edit: was good at running bar at 3 months in. That seems to be the typical time.

After about 3 months I could remember most everything, but I used a cheat sheet when I was on bar to help.
