Do you not know that the mocha sauce and drizzle are the same thing?? Is your pizza sauce made with anchovies?? I get it if she put caramel drizzle on a mocha frapp but same flavor drizzle shouldn't be that big of a deal. I did correct her when I saw it but I wasnt gonna have her remake it. I personally think mocha, not just the drizzle, tastes like garbage. However, the moment was made right and an apology was given whilst explaining we were training. During a pandemic. And free drizzle to no extra cost to the customer, is where we draw the line as a heinous action taken by the barista.
