Hi all, my boyfriend is currently unemployed due to COVID-19. He applied for unemployment and got approved so he is getting money (luckily).
Recently, he asked me to stop working for awhile because he is freaking out about the pandemic and he doesn’t want to get sick (obviously).
He said he’d help with my part of the rent and my bills. I’m not sure what to do. I can’t afford to not get paid, but I also understand his point of view.
Anyone scared about getting sick or getting their loved ones/roommates sick?
Not sure what to do ?

Talk to your SM and they should direct you to an app on the Starbucks iPad that gives you a survey asking about situations like yours and if you feel safe working etc. From there you should come to a favorable result
