My manager has that length hair and doesn’t tie it back

The dress code is, if it touches your shoulders you have to put it up. But most managers won't care unless you have really thick or curly hair. You do still have to pin bangs away.

I’ve always been told that if it’s above your shoulders, you can leave it down. But be smart about it. I have insanely thick hair but it’s short enough to leave down. I’m almost constantly shedding, so the most hygienic thing I can do is just put it up. Don’t want to get yelled at for a stray hair lmao

Basically if it can be tied back, it has to be. I cut my hair shoulder length and tried to get away with it down and half up and was told to put it all back. Maybe your manager won’t care though lol

I don't think you have to have it tied back if it's short like that, just under a hat if that's required in your area!
