For me mine is the second someone rolls up and you get the ding, “HELLO!?!?” Its has not even been one second, please dial it back a bit.

Ugh yes when that happens usually the headset person will go “Welcome to Starbucks we’ll be right with you” and we all make them wait like 30 seconds for their rudeness

mine is stupid but my biggest one is when people are waiting in line for 5 minutes and roll up to the window and DONT HAVE THEIR PAYMENT READY. or when they come to the window w they’re car window rolled up and just sit there for a second before rolling it down. oh my goddddd people are just so fucking annoying sometimes. i agree w everything on this list too !!

If someone parks far away from the window I don’t even try to lean out the window to hand things out. They’re fully capable of opening their door and making up the distance. Starbucks doesn’t give me enough time to go to the chiropractor for pinching my back because some driver can’t figure out a drive thru.

I not only repeat someone’s order while I’m taking it, I say it one last time, or will even ask if their order looks correct on the screen. When they pull up to the window and insist that latte was supposed to be a frap I’m like..... seriously? what more can I do to ensure you’re ordering your damn drink correctly? And when they get rude and try to fight you on it? Like there’s 3 people wearing a headset, not one of us heard you say ICED or FRAP, but ok we are in the wrong here

I once had a lady order 3 white mochas. I repeated them back to her and I specifically said “HOT..” When she got to the window and I went to hand them to her, she looked at me like shocked and said she actually wanted them as Frappuccinos. She had already paid too. It really pissed me off because it was soooo incredibly clear that she ordered hot ones.

I hate that! I had a man order a chai latte, 6 pumps extra hot. Hand him his drink at the window “that’s made with soy milk right”. Well no you didn’t order it that way and didn’t pay for it so no it’s not?

We even have a dude who comes in and gets pink drink and without fail when you hand it out to him “oh I forgot to say no ice”. INFURIATES ME.

It genuinely makes me wonder if customers have any clue what goes on behind the bar. We don’t possess magical powers to know if you want no ice or the power to zap your drink to make it change to soy. Bippity Boppity Boo!

I say it all the time... I honestly think people think Starbucks is like a vending machine. That drinks should only take seconds to make. Like the fools who mobile order 4 drinks and show up literally 50 seconds later in drive through. If you’re going to show up that quickly just order at the screen? You’re literally waiting the same amount of time now. I take pleasure in loudly “apologizing” because “the sticker JUST printed” while I make someone’s multiple drink mobile order while cars stack up behind them.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 i no longer work at starbucks but sometimes get haunted by the worst dto experiences i had during my time as a partner. One of them told my coworker at the window to fix my attitude when i was taking another customer’s order. Umm, excuse me? Tell it straight to my face bruh.
