This makes my teeth hurt

My amazing customer used to order something like this daily. She later told me the reason she didn't order it anymore is that she'd went to a doctor's appointment they said she had to stop. I guess that's one of the few times someone actually had a good enough doctor to ask if detail what was her diet like and at the same time she actually cared the doctors opinion. It was just baffling to me she needed a doctor to tell get that and it wasn't just common sense to begin with. I'm glad it worked for her.

I hope you just dumped that caramel in? My hand is cramping just looking at that.

My store had someone ask for a caramel brûlée frap with 2 servings of caramel. So I got the extra caramel button. She gets mad and says “i said to servings!” I go “that’s what extra caramel means.” We we’re also very low on caramel that night we had like 4 full bottles that night until 10pm, it was 5:30pm when she pulled up. She then proceeded to say “no it’s not because y’all never give me enough caramel! I want you to fill the bottom up half way to the first line! That’s how much I f***** want!” I kindly told her that we did not have enough for that and the best we were able to do was drizzle around the cup. She pulls up to a window and gets mad because we couldn’t give her half the damn bottle of caramel.

i’ve never experienced that am i’m so sorry you’ve had to. i did have this lady try to get caramel drizzle added to her drink once the drink was made and as i was telling her it costs extra, she reached over and grabbed the bottle herself. it took 2 partners to get her to give the bottle back

We have a customer who says they want no less than half a bottle of caramel sauce.

I am disgusted
