Lyra benefit is why I’m still here (self.starbucksbaristas)

Tbh, regardless of COVID or anything else, I’d been thinking about quitting and looking for another job for a while. I don’t dislike starbucks at all, but things about scheduling, etc have been frustrating me for a while. However, the Lyra therapy benefit is AMAZING. I’ll be sticking around for this for a while for sure! I’ve been seeing a counselor online for several sessions now for completely free and I LOVE her. It’s the best hour of my week to Skype and talk with her. It’s helped me a lot and if you guys aren’t familiar with Lyra or haven’t tried it I couldn’t recommend it more.

Just google Lyra and sign up, hitting the option during signup that you’re a Starbucks partner. It’ll walk you through a short informational survey and recommend therapists who can work with you either online or irl in your area for your specific “major struggles.” Then you email them directly and give them your personal Lyra code, and they’ll schedule with you.

Seriously could not recommend this more.

I keep forgetting to sign up. That and jobs being kind of scarce are why I haven’t left

100% agreed. I've been really struggling these past few months and signing up for Lyra was so worth it. I had my first session today and the relief I felt during it was incredible. I really, really, really recommend everyone take advantage of it.
