Honestly I would just let your partners know that you can’t be on cold bar for too long and that you’d need to rotate positions. It is really frustrating when there are 11 cold bar drinks and your partners just set them on the counter and watch without helping. It’s only going to increase with the summer weather and new drinks. Cold bar is harder to sequence and very stressful. You’re not alone. Try to express that you can’t CB during peaks
