Hey y’all! What is your routine for cleaning ovens? I’m curious if there is a better way that is fast but also gets them clean. Start to finish would be great, but any tips would also be helpful. I’m just curious and want to try something new if I can! Thanks!

The best tip is to do while it’s still slightly warm. We cover everything in oven cleaner, let it sit for a minute, and then use a metal scraper and it all comes right off.

My store recently discovered that the little pills which are used to clean the mistrana machines make great oven cleaners. They do a really deep clean, however they are kind of annoying to use because they are so small and difficult to grip.

Try holding it with one of the brillo pads! That's what people do at our store.

We use a pumice stone and the oven cleaner! And we usually try to clean it while it’s still warm

The oven cleaner is heat activated, spray the oven when it reaches 200 degrees. Also triple cup hot water from the dispenser and scrub with that, comes off in seconds.

To deep clean the tray I sometimes take urnex and full up a sink with hot water in the back and add two packets. I let the oven tray soak when it’s really grimey

spray the oven cleaner on to it while it’s still sort of hot, let it sit and bake in for a few minutes, and then get one of the coffee urn tags and use that to scrap off the oven cleaner and gloss stuck on food. works like a charm and my oven for the most part still looks brand new.
