We had a woman buy 6 sleeved of reusable cold cups, and they all had to be rung in individually- so that’s 121 individual stickers at warming lol

Yeah, your store needs to take retail like that off the warming printer routing!
ETA: did the customer know the reusables can not be used at Starbucks until further notice?
Do you have a high number of orders for like 1 or 2 retail items at DTO for oven to grab? Or is it more a rarity? My store not being DT I wasn’t thinking how often you might have to gather retail things for the hand off.

-our customer has been purchasing all these reusable cups to give to healthcare staff, and she knows we aren’t taking cups right now
-we have lots of orders for ground coffee, bottles of water, and RTD&E snacks that wouldn’t normally print on anything, so we have to keep retail on the warming printer in order to make sure they all go through!
