I agree with both these posts. You are suppose to wait 6 months. But in some cases you can transfer. (Moving I was able to transfer after 3 months like 6-7 years ago I transferred) but your sm is kinda being a butt. I always talk and find other stores first then sit my manager down and explain I found another store. Never had a problem. If anything escalates please talk to your dm.
