I just got off the phone with partner resources and they told me that Starbucks has no explicit policy in regards to how they are operating other than no furniture and maintaining social distancing. He said each district is so different and has different regulations put into place by county health departments that they need to comply with, so decisions are ultimately left up to the DM. I guess my next step it meeting with my DM and asking her myself why we are allowing orders at the door (when TWO other ways of placing orders exist i.e. DT and MOP). I already talked to my SM and her explanation was because our DM said so. I am pretty nervous but also wondering why it seems some DMs hold partner safety in higher regards than others.
