My personal recommendation, if you are not able to talk to the SM there or your SM isn't able to do anything I would take it to the DM. This is different than a drink just being made wrong or a policy not being followed, I feel like this is something Starbucks could get sued over. I'm sure it will get remedied eventually if you personally are not capable of doing anything about it though.

Idk that can go either way i mean it’s not your store and even the shift was aware unless you really want to make it known let the SM know , but will you cover at store again? I have been covering at many other stores and boy do they do things wrong or just half assed but I just go with the flow. So it’s really up to you
