Apply online to as many stores as you can. If you don’t hear from any of them in a week or so, start going in and talking to managers to put a name to a face.

I’m a store manager, I usually look for availability first, so the more open the better, prior work history if applicable. it doesn’t have to be prior coffee experience, but anything in the service industry helps.
We do our admin on Mondays so that’s the best time to reach out to the store manager, I would call and be insanely friendly on the phone, just say hi, I put in an application in on ____ & my name is _____ & I was just checking in to see if you had any positions available!
The more stores you apply to the better your chances are. Our district is really close so even if I don’t need someone at my store specifically i’ll reach out to other SM’s who I know need people if you have a good application / sound very personable on the phone!
